WJE architects, access experts, conservators, and engineers worked collaboratively to document and investigate the causes of the discoloration of the stainless steel skin and to conduct cleaning trials to mitigate their appearance. From Memorial Day until Labor Day, the Gateway Arch is open from 8:00 a.m. April through November, Daily, 11:00am to sunset, weather permitting.
